wEDDING MANAGEMENT
For those who aren’t afraid to handle the majority of the process on their own but want expert hands on deck as the day approaches, our wedding management offering is the perfect solution. You’ll book your vendors and oversee design, while we’ll take care of creating your timeline and ensuring your event goes off without any unwelcome surprises or setbacks.
-Unlimited e-mail support to assist you through the planning process
-One detailed appointment 6-8 weeks prior to your event
-One venue walk through 4-6 weeks prior to your event
-Create and execute wedding day timeline
-Contact all hired vendors to confirm arrival times and duties
-Rehearsal run through of ceremony
-Up to 8 hours of wedding day coverage with Lead Planner and Assistant Planner
-Lead Planner will be available to direct all vendors the day of the event
-Confirm proper placement of place cards, personal items, seating chart, etc.
-Direct wedding party into place and cue processional
-Direct guest to cocktail and or reception area
-Provide tips to vendors (all gratuity will be paid and provided by the client)
-Collect gifts/cards and ensure they are placed in a pre-determined area
-Handle any emergencies that arise during the event
-Access to Aisle Planner
